Dorothea Ragan, 55 of Pierre, died Tuesday, July 3 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Pierre, a Memorial Service will be held at a later date
Dorothea was born September 8, 1956 in Darmstadt Germany to Robert and Greta Brown. She moved with her family as a small child from Germany to America, before settling in South Dakota. She attended and graduated from Loara High School in Anaheim, CA.
She worked for Xerox. Dorothea enjoyed motorcycles and people but especially her family.
She is survived by her mom Doris Brown; sons: Travis (Emily) Paulsen and Lucas Daly and daughter and granddaughter by love Misty and Morgan Paklin.
She is preceded in death by her father Robert Brown.
